	Jackie Barker Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs - Cisco Jackie Barker is responsible for the strategic development and growth of Cisco’s award-winning Networking Academy. Cisco Networking Academy is one of the largest public private partnerships in the world. With established educational institutions in over 170 countries it trains tomorrow’s ICT workforce using a variety of next generation teaching and learning practices. A 16-year veteran of Cisco, Jackie has extensive experience in strategic planning, quality initiatives, program management, communications and operations which have led to greater growth and sustainability of the Networking Academy, introduction of Partner Courses on NetAcad.com, and the development of a strong ecosystem of partners. By combining her 20 years in education with her operational excellence, Jackie has built, led and motivated teams to continue to change the world by providing high quality educational content and connecting learners to jobs. Drawing upon her extensive travel to mature and emerging countries and her personal exploration of other cultures, Jackie has deepened her understanding of people, strengthened her leadership ability, and helped foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Jackie earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh. She currently lives at home with her husband Richard, and her “furry child”-a border collie named Amelia.
